PRINCE2 Certification Training

ChangeAhead offers PRINCE2 Foundation, Practitioner and Conversion courses leading to certification. These qualifications can be obtained in the following ways:

Public courses

Corporate tailored solutions

Where more than 3 employees are to be trained it is more cost effective to run an in-house course. This also allows for more flexibility in timings. A possible solution would be to run the Foundation as 2 separate 3 day sessions, one or two weeks apart, followed by the 2.5 day Foundation to Practitioner Conversion course after one or two weeks.

PRINCE2 Non-Certification Training

It is also important to give an awareness and understanding to others in an organisation who will have some involvement in projects but not be directly managing them. This would include for example; senior management, administration staff, project planners.

PRINCE2 for Senior Managers

A half day session to gain buy-in from senior management to the PRINCE2 method. An overview of the key principles and benefits they will gain.

PRINCE2 Overview

A one day session to give a high level view of the method to those who have limited involvement in managing projects such as team members or adminstrators.

PRINCE2 Introduction

A two day session including practical exercises but no examination for those who will be managing teams within a project but not the project itself.

People Development Training

The success of projects lies in the skills and abilities of those managing the projects. Whilst training in a project management methodology is essential to that success, the great project manager also needs a honed set of people skills in his toolkit.

A 2 day session giving a high level overview of areas such as negotation, communication skills, leadership, decision making. Highly interactive including team activities to practise new skills.

Facilitation Skills

A 2 day session covering the basic techniques required to successfully facilitate a workshop. A case study is used to allow practical application of learnings.
